“Mercy” Icing Sugar is made from fine quality Sugar and Edible Starch. The sugar and edible starch is blended together and then milling it together in a fine powder state.

Direction of use

Choco Butter Icing :
1)100g “Mercy” Icing Sugar
2) 60g “Mecy” Cocoa Powder
3) 40g Butter or Margarine.

Step 1
⦁ Beat the butter add in “Mercy” icing sugar a little at a time.
Step 2
Add in the “Mercy” Cocoa Powder if thicker Icing is required then add in 1tsp. more.
Step 3
Use the mixture for applying on cake & for decoration.
