Direction of use

Step 1
For Ordinary Purposes Use About 11 Gm (One level tablespoonful) of Mercy Baking Powder. For 450 Gm or 3 Teacupful of Flour.
Step 2
Mix Mercy Baking Powder and Flour Thoroughly by Passing the Two Ingredients in a Dry State Through a Sieve Two or Three Times.
Step 3
by Baked Immediately, But May be Kept in a Cool Place and Baked at leisure
Step 4
Do Not Bring a Wet Spoon in Contact with the Powder. Keep the Box Tightly Closed When Not in Use.
