Step 1
Measure Marcy custard Powder(20Gm. For Custard Sauce, 30Gm for Fruit Salad, 40 Gm for pudding) into a bowl. Add to ¼ to ½ cup milk to make a smooth past.
Step 2
Boil the 500ml. Milk with 50 Gm. Sugar stirring it Properly. Then remove from heat.
Step 3
Add the paste and cook again for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously to avoid burning.
Step 4
After removing the mixture from heat, add one teaspoon butter, finally popular into a wetted mould and leave to set.
